Yes, delivery and installation are included with the main products. Damlab does not use a parcel service for these systems; we contact you to coordinate delivery and installation within 10 days.
Annual maintenance for water softeners and the water purification system is available for €120 including VAT per system. Damlab contacts you to arrange an appointment. Annual maintenance by Damlab extends the warranty to a maximum of 10 years.
Not every filter protects against bacteria. During an official boil-water advisory, always follow the water supplier's instructions and ask Damlab which system is suitable for your situation.
Submit a return request within the applicable cooling-off period using the return form. Because Damlab personally delivers and installs main products, we also coordinate collection and any dismantling. Charges may apply; see the returns policy for all conditions.
