Cooling-off period
For an online purchase, you generally have a 14-day cooling-off period from receipt of the product. Notify us clearly of your withdrawal within this period.

Delivery and installation
Damlab delivers and installs main products itself. If you expressly ask us to begin within the cooling-off period, reasonable costs for the part of the service already performed may apply upon withdrawal.
Collection and dismantling
Returning by post is not possible. Damlab arranges collection and, where necessary, dismantling. A provisional fixed charge of €100 applies. Any loss in value caused by use or damage may also be deducted where legally permitted.
Warranty and maintenance
You receive a standard 2-year warranty. The commercial warranty can extend to 10 years when annual maintenance is always performed by Damlab. Statutory rights to a conforming product always remain in force.
How it works
- Enter your email address, telephone number and order number.
- Damlab receives your request by email and contacts you.
- We assess the situation and arrange dismantling and collection if needed.
- After receipt and inspection, we process the refund within the statutory period.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal can be legally limited for goods demonstrably made to your personal specifications. This is assessed per order and never applied more broadly than the law allows.
